i saw the most distorted world map ever. australia is more circular on the west coast; south america's east coast is somewhat rounded too; asia has shrunk greatly in size. maybe it's a reviewed world map for 2020 when the icebergs have melted and flood the low-lying areas. (but then again, i think bangladesh is still present in the map)
having said that, i realised i draw pretty distorted sketchmap too. my brazil dun like brazil lehh. just compare:
