mmm, krispy kreme.
i just saw sth that ruin my enjoyable krispy kreme mood.
i think it's bloody disrespectful of some to come up with a anti-xxx(some teacher) club.
the kids really have no idea how hard the tcher worked for them. yes, the tcher may be naggy but i think it's the whole nagging thing that made them top their whole cohort for that particular subject. and I've seen it 1st hand how she slogs her gut off for these kids. compiling notes from different sources and printing them out so that the notes will be neat, etc. they're seriously getting out of hand.
i'm just appalled by the action taken to voice their displeasure for that teacher. i'm not going to delve into details but it is making me pissed. if they just complain or whine about the teachers over their little blogs and msn, i guess it's still okay. who doesn't whine abt their tchers, even i did it before.
but to form a anti-xxx group? i think that's seriously way overboard. it's creating an undercurrent of hostility and disrespectfulness for that teacher. what will other fellow schoolmates think about the teacher and the class? is that a form of undermining the teacher's authority in the class? yes, i think it is.
i'm totally pissed and if i can, i'll go down and smack the chair-person a few times to wake her up.
i think i am qualified to comment about this cos i was taught by the tcher before, i've worked with the tcher before, i know that person and i've done a similar stupid, regretful act before during my angsty period.
being a teacher is a thankless job with little gratification. that's sad.
