today was a test of my fitness. gosh, my fitness sucks big time. really bad.
i cldnt do circuits properly; lost my balance cos my body was moving faster than my feet could sprint; cldnt connect with the ball. put up quite a bad performance. sheesh. jialat.
and now i'm exhausted, with my back and hip aching, elbow hurt. i think i'll be limping around like an old woman for a couple of days.
