i'm just back from sending den off at the airport. prob wun get to see her till dec when she flys back.

got a bit nostalgic sending her off. it just dawns upon me that this is the time in life where friends are really separated and everyone gets busy with their own lives and daily activities.

2years. not very short. neither is it very long. but i had all the great times with den.

den would come up to me, exclamining, "dearie!" and i'll always answer, "yesh, babe?" (sounds scandalous but no.)

den would start complaining in her ah-soh tone about food being expensive and i would share my food with her.

den would always give me a hug in the morning before assembly and i would hug her and pat her head.

den would keep me company in the darkest times of my life and i would hear her complain about her bio tutor.

i always said 2 years in jc are my darkest period of life but i'm thankful for a few silver linings here and there. den is one of them.

anyway, just want to say a big thank you to all who's reading this and knows me personally.

thank you for withstanding my verbal attacks and sarcasm. thank you for caring for me one way or another. i appreciate every single one of you. thank you for being a part of my life.

all of you have made an impact on my life. no matter who you are or how short a time i know you for. as long as i know you, thank you.
